Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra Review - A Closer Look At The Performance And Camera Features

Recently, we wrote an Xiaomi Mi 11 review on the popular Chinese smartphone named the Xiaomi Mi 11. In that review, we gave a detailed look at the innovative dual-screen feature and other additions present on the device. Today, we are ready to publish another part of our Xiaomi Mi 11 review - this time, we will look at some of the pros and cons of the device. For this part of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra review, we have separated the pros from the cons, for each category we have given a rating between one to five.

The front face of the device is flat and slim, which makes it easy to hold. On the back, there is a secondary fingerprint sensor, which makes the device even more secure. At the bottom of the front and back covers are a power/power cable port, micro USB port and a headphone jack. The Mi11 ultra comes in two color variations - black and grey. The metallic finish on the device is fine and pleasing and makes the device look like something from the future.

The main camera on the rear of the Mi11 ultra review is just like the one used in the regular variant. It has an aperture of f/2.8, which enables clear images with the right type of lighting. The depth image sensor is located right below the camera housing and measures the distance between the lens and the subject, while the optical zoom uses the principle of optical zoom, which ensures that you get the closest point possible. There are a nice auto-focus and image stabilization system, which allow the pictures to be taken with perfect clarity.

As with the regular version, there is also a secondary display that can be used for various functions, such as the time of day, or other information. Apart from that, the secondary display has a full QWERTY keyboard, which can be used for various tasks. The primary camera has a good quality 13 megapixel resolution and can take great photos, even in lower light conditions. For the high end photo quality, you should upgrade to the high end MI11 ultra variant, which comes with some additional features.

As we have mentioned before, the Mi11 ultra review concentrates on the review of the smartphone itself. In this section, we look at what others have to say about this smartphone. Many people appreciate the clean look of the smartphone, along with the simple user interface. In addition, the Mi11 features a nice dual camera setup, although it is not one of the better smartphone cameras, it is still a nice addition.

One area where the Mi11 does not score very highly, is in the range of apps that come pre-installed. It is only offered on the standard version of the smartphone and does not feature any third party apps. For those who are looking for a good alternative to the built in social networking app, the built in one can be disappointing. Other apps that have been pre installed include a weather forecast, alarm clock and news, but they do provide less than desirable functionality. The Mi11 would have been better off provided for those who wanted some unique applications.

In the price category, the Mi11 has been compared to the likes of the iPhone, and Nokia E71, in that it costs a little more than its competitors, but offers a slightly better standard of performance and connectivity. On the surface, the Mi11 appears to offer an improved user interface than the competition, and has a slightly larger screen. Despite this, both the iPhone and Nokia smartphones are able to compete with the Mi11's camera set, and have price advantages.

In the performance category, the Mi11 ultra manages to outperform the competition largely due to its superior camera, which provides better pictures than the iPhone 6s and HTC Evo Shift models. The main disadvantage of taking photos with the Mi11 is its lack of optical zoom, which makes it inferior to the Nokia E71 and iPhone 6s. However, these disadvantages pale into insignificance when seen through the lens of a fine telephoto lens. Overall, the Mi11 does offer a noticeable benefit over its competitors. The standard body of the smartphone is an appealing design, and the phone offers all the basic features that come standard with most modern smartphones.
